Main AI consumer tools
Yourself, in a minute. Go to mainai.live/account/delete, confirm your password or your Google sign-in, type DELETE and confirm. The page then deletes your sign-in; your saved documents, extracted text and analyses; findings, notes, deadlines and drafts; files you uploaded; the signing links you created; your membership in any shared workspace; and the copy of your documents in the sync store. Signing out clears the copies this browser kept.
What that page cannot reach, and what to email us about if you want it removed: an analysis you ran while signed out (never tied to an account); the cached copy of an analysis, keyed by the document rather than by you and holding only the short quotes its findings rely on; a signing certificate for a document someone already signed (who signed and when, and a fingerprint of the document, not its text); a reminder you asked for by email; your Stripe billing record. Usage counts carry no account id, so there is nothing in them to delete.
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on the account. We confirm it is you by writing to that address, then delete the account by hand and tell you when it is done. Full details: consumer tools privacy policy.

Organization owners delete everything themselves: in the application, open Settings and choose “Delete organization data”. A background job deletes every record, upload, finding, report, export, draft and note for the organization and issues a deletion certificate. Confirming it again asks for your sign-in, because it cannot be undone.
Individual user accounts (your name, email, sign-in and two-factor data) are deleted on request: email us from the account address with “Privacy request” in the subject. There is no self-service account deletion in Main Revenue yet.
If you appear in a customer’s records (for example as a project manager or a general contractor’s contact in a file a customer uploaded), Main processes that information for the customer. We will refer you to that customer and help it respond; the data processing addendum sets out how. Full details: Main Revenue privacy notice, sections 9 and 10.
Business contacts we emailed
If Main Revenue wrote to you about its service, reply “no thanks”, use the unsubscribe link your email program shows, or email us. We stop contacting you and keep only a minimal record (your email address, domain, the reason and the date) so that we never email you again. You can also ask us to delete the rest of what we hold, as below.
Sending a request by email or mail
Email mainaihelp@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or write to Main AI LLC, PO Box 3, Brooklyn, NY 11218. Tell us which product, the email address on the account or the one we wrote to, and what you want deleted (everything, or specific items). An authorized agent may ask for you with your written permission.
What we check. Enough to be sure the request comes from you and no more: usually a reply from the email address on the account, and for an organization’s data, a sign-in or written confirmation from one of its owners. Opt-outs from email are never held up by verification.
How long it takes. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete a verified request within 45 days. If a request needs longer, we tell you why and when. If we cannot do part of what you ask, we tell you which part, why, and how to appeal.
What we keep after deletion, and why
- Security and sign-in logs, kept append-only to secure the service and to evidence what was done; no fixed period has been set.
- Order, acceptance and payment records, kept for accounting, tax and contract-evidence purposes; card details were never held by Main.
- Email opt-out (suppression) records, kept permanently so we never contact that address again.
- For the consumer tools: the items listed above that self-service cannot reach, until you ask us to remove them; signing certificates for documents already signed, which record who signed and when.
- A content-free note that a deletion was carried out (which account, when, what was removed), kept as evidence that it happened.
- Copies in database backups, which leave the backups when the provider’s backup window passes.
Where a period says “no fixed period has been set”, that is what the code does today; we delete or de-identify once information is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless the law requires us to keep it. Cookies and browser storage are listed on the cookie policy.
