What the check does
- Reads your change-order log and pay-app lines with the same rules Main uses in a full assessment. No AI does the arithmetic.
- Looks for approved changes missing from billing, changes billed for more or less than approved, pay-app math that does not add up, and changes waiting too long for an answer.
- Shows the count, the dollars for each kind of issue and the issue types. Each kind is shown on its own; they are never added together.
- It is an automated preview of two files. A full assessment reviews your whole set of exports, and a person at Main checks every finding.
