Document intelligence Main AI gets it signed

Never sign blind.

It reads every page and hands back the risks, the dates, and the statute behind each one — every flag quoting your own text, so you can check it.

A demonstration of the Main AI agent at work: it reads the document, flags the risks and non-compete clauses, explains your options, drafts your response, and waits for you to review and approve it before anything is sent.

Main AI reads leases, medical bills, IRS notices, job offers, severance agreements, debt collection letters, NDAs and contracts.

How it works
Read itbeforeyou sign it.
01 — Upload

Drop it in

A PDF, a phone photo, or pasted text. Scanned pages and messy formatting are fine, and no account is needed to start.

02 — Read

Every clause

Main AI reads the way a careful lawyer would — every clause, footnote and cross-reference. It slows down where the traps are.

03 — Flag

Risks, with citations

Each clause is scored Critical to Clear, and every flag names the statute it breaks so you can verify it at the source.

04 — Act

Then you fix it

Main AI drafts the redline, compares old terms to new, and lets you e-sign once the contract is actually fair.

What it actually does

It reads like a lawyer would. In about thirty seconds.

Risk found · critical

Leave early and every remaining month falls due at once, not just your deposit.

Checked against your state

Your deposit is 2.5x rent. California caps a residential deposit at one month.

Deadline turned into a date

Notice to vacate must be served by March 14 or the term renews itself.

Who it’s for

Most of the reading is done for somebody else.

If your work is other people’s paperwork, the reading is the part that does not scale. Main AI does that first pass — every clause, the dates, the statute behind each flag — and hands you something you can check line by line before you act on it. You are still the one who decides.

Every flag on every one of these quotes the sentence it came from and names the rule behind it, so the first thing you can do with an analysis is disagree with it. That is the point — here is how to check one.

What you get

Not a summary. A second opinion.

What the clause says

“… upon any early termination by Tenant, all rent for the unexpired portion of the Term shall immediately become due and payable as liquidated damages, in addition to any sums otherwise owing hereunder …”

What it means for you

Move out early and they can bill you every remaining month at once — not just your deposit.

01

Every flag cites the law

Each risk quotes your own document and links the statute it breaks, so you can check the source instead of taking our word for it.

02

Reads what you actually have

PDFs, phone photos of a letter, scanned pages, or pasted text. Messy formatting is fine — there is nothing to tidy up first.

03

Deadlines become dates

Response windows and cancellation cut-offs are pulled out as real dates you can put in a calendar, not buried clauses.

The agent

Reading it is the first thing it does. Not the last.

An analysis you have to act on yourself is just more homework. Once Main AI has read your document it keeps working — holding the dates, chasing you before they close, and writing the message you were dreading. You approve. It sends.

01

It holds every date

Notice windows, cancellation cut-offs, appeal deadlines — pulled out of the document and kept, so the clock is never running somewhere you cannot see it.

02

It reminds you in time

Not on the day it expires. Far enough ahead that you can still do something about it — and again if you have not.

03

It writes the message

The letter, the appeal, the counter-offer — drafted with your clause quoted and the rule behind it named, in language that is firm without picking a fight.

04

You stay in charge

The agent drafts and prepares, then stops. Nothing is sent, signed, or agreed to on your behalf until you have read it and said yes.

Everything it does
