Delete your account
Main AI consumer tools · permanent · takes effect immediately
This deletes your Main AI consumer-tools account and the data stored under it. It cannot be undone. You will be asked to confirm your password (or your Google sign-in) first, so nobody else can do this from a left-open tab. Main Revenue accounts are separate: see the data deletion page.
What is deleted
Your sign-in; your saved documents, extracted text and analyses; findings, notes, deadlines and drafts; files you uploaded; signing links you created; your membership in any shared workspace; and the copy of your documents in your real-time sync store. Then the record that you ever had an account.
What is not reached
Analyses you ran while signed out (they were never tied to an account); the cached copy of an analysis, which is keyed by the document, not by you, and holds only the short quotes its findings rely on; signing certificates for documents someone already signed (who signed and when, plus a fingerprint of the document, not its text); reminder records you asked for by email; Stripe billing records; and usage counts, which carry no account id. To have any of these removed, use the data deletion page.
Have a paid plan? Deleting your account does not cancel a Stripe subscription. Cancel it first (see the refund and cancellation policy) so you are not charged again.

This browser also keeps copies of your documents for speed. Deleting your account signs you out, which clears them from this browser; if you used other browsers, sign out there too or clear their site data.
If you cannot sign in
Email mainaihelp@gmail.com from the address on the account with “Privacy request” in the subject. We confirm it is you by sending a message to that address, then delete the account by hand and tell you when it is done.
