These terms govern your access to and use of Main AI. By uploading documents, using analysis outputs, or accessing any part of the product, you agree to these terms.

No professional advice

Main AI provides AI-assisted informational analysis only. Nothing here constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or any other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on any finding.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the documents you upload, ensuring you have rights to process them, and independently verifying all findings before making decisions based on them.

AI limitations

Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or miss important context. We do not guarantee perfect extraction, scoring, classification, or recommendations for any document type.

Your content

You retain full ownership of every document you upload. You grant Main AI a limited right to process your content solely to provide the service — analysis, storage, support, and core functionality.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Main AI to process unlawfully obtained documents, attempt to reverse engineer the AI engines, circumvent access controls, or use the service in ways that violate applicable law.

Billing & cancellation

Pro and Team plans are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Main AI is a productivity tool, not a law firm. Use it to understand your documents faster — then verify anything important with the appropriate professional.

Acceptable use

Main AI is intended for lawful personal, educational, and business document review. You agree not to:

  • Upload documents you do not have legal authority to process or share
  • Use the service to facilitate fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity
  • Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or replicate our AI models or engines
  • Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download, or abuse the API beyond your plan limits
  • Upload content that violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights

Disclaimer of warranties

Main AI is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete. Use the product at your own risk and always apply professional judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Main AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI analysis outputs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
