Yes. The free plan includes 2 full document analyses with no credit card required. Free users get the same AI engines, plain-English findings, and source-grounded evidence as paid users — just with usage limits.
Main AI Pro is $19 per month billed monthly, or $190 per year (16% discount, equivalent to two months free). Pro unlocks unlimited document analysis, embedded e-signature, the obligation timeline, cross-document counterparty memory, the Second Opinion AI advisor, and priority processing.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for. No questions, no retention calls.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first Pro charge and haven't used Pro features extensively, we'll process a full refund — just email support. After the 7-day window or after meaningful usage, refunds are evaluated case-by-case but we generally allow you to keep Pro until the end of the paid period instead.
Pro is a single-user account designed for freelancers, founders, and individuals. Team adds shared workspaces, multi-user accounts, shared playbook rules (e.g., "always flag indemnification caps below $500K"), member roles, and centralized billing. Team starts at $49 per seat per month.
Pro is unlimited for normal individual usage. There's a soft rate limit to prevent abuse (e.g., analyzing 200+ documents an hour through a script), and uploads are capped at 50MB per document. If you have a legitimate high-volume use case, contact us — we'll either raise your limit or move you to Team.
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), processed securely through Stripe. We don't store card details — Stripe handles tokenization. ACH and wire transfer are available for Team plans on request.
We don't offer a time-limited Pro trial. Instead, the free plan gives you 2 full analyses with no card required so you can verify Main AI works on your real documents before committing. If you need extended access for evaluation, contact us.
