Terms of service

1. The service

Main provides software and related services that reconcile financial records supplied by the customer and identify possible discrepancies ("exceptions"). Main is an operational technology and service provider. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax or collection services.

2. Customer data

The customer owns its data. Main processes it only to provide the service, under the Data Processing Addendum. Main does not use customer data to train AI models.

3. No guarantee of recovery

Exceptions are possible discrepancies that require the customer’s confirmation. Main does not guarantee that any amount is owed, billable or collectible.

4. Customer decisions

Main prepares drafts. The customer decides whether to send, file or act on anything. Main never contacts the customer’s general contractors, owners or other third parties on the customer’s behalf.

5. Fees

Fees are set in an order form. No price published on any Main web page is an offer.
