What we collect

Account data (name, work email, role) for people a customer invites; project financial data the customer uploads; contact-form submissions; security logs (sign-ins, IP address, user agent).

Why

To provide the service, secure accounts, answer requests, and meet legal obligations. Public pages use cookie-free analytics (Plausible) that record page views and named events without personal identifiers.

Sharing

With the subprocessors listed on the Security page, only as needed to run the service. Never sold. Never shared with a customer’s general contractors or other third parties.

Retention and deletion

Raw uploaded files are scheduled for deletion after the engagement; full retention details are being finalized. Customers can export or delete their organization’s data at any time.
