Mutual non-disclosure agreement

Purpose

The parties wish to evaluate a Revenue Control Assessment or pilot, which requires the exchange of confidential financial and business information.

Confidential information

All non-public information disclosed by either party, including project financial records, contract terms and pricing.

Obligations

Use only for the purpose; protect with at least reasonable care; disclose only to personnel and subprocessors bound by equivalent obligations; return or destroy on request, with a deletion certificate for data held by Main.
