Two things the IRS says about every notice

Most notices give a response date printed on the notice itself rather than a fixed number of days, so the date on your copy is the one that counts. And when a notice gives you a right to appeal or to a hearing, the deadline for that right is strict: the pages for the LT11, CP90 and CP3219A above say how long you have.
